Sir,

The Missionary Council of the Church
Assembly is interested in the future of the Diocesan
Boys' School, Kowloon in the Diocese of Hong Kong,
and I have been in correspondence with the Bishop
of Victoria, Hong Kong about it.
I should be obliged if you could let me
know whether a decision has yet been taken in regard
to the appeal sent home by the Bishop, since if it is
not too late the Missionary Council would like to
be allowed to make representations on the subject,
either by submitting a Lemorandum or by interview.
I have the honour to be,
The Right Hon.
Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister,
K.B.E, M.C., M.P.,
His Majesty's Secretary of State
for the Colonies
The Colonial Office,
hitehall.
Sir,
Your obedient servant
Andaires
General Secretary.
